How we built a recruitment agency, with zero recruiting experience.

In 2016, we founded Oneo, a digital community like no other. Our mission was clear: to bring together the best and brightest minds, curating a pool of exceptional talent that would shape the future of the digital landscape. With unwavering determination, we set out to transform the industry and change lives.

From scratch, we crafted a tool that kept us agile, organized, and focused on delivering a high-quality output. This bespoke system also enabled us to customize and adapt our onboarding efforts, taking on the bulk administrative work for our clients, freeing them to focus on what truly mattered.
