Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Delivery Lead to join our organization in a permanent role. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in transitioning our organisation to a product-aligned operating model, modernising architecture and engineering practices and establishing a cloud platform to evolve our market-leading secured lending software products. This role is crucial for supporting transformation and enabling teams to deliver better outcomes through influence, facilitation and data-driven insight.
Responsibilities
- Act as Delivery Lead for the Upgrades Team and manage upgrades for multiple customers.
- Establish improvement work around intake, planning, execution, and cycle time measurement.
- Visualize existing AMT dependencies within the 'Ticket Ops' model and backlogs.
- Assess and evolve processes for effective planning, communication, and reporting rhythms.
- Apply flow engineering techniques to map value streams and identify bottlenecks.
- Use data-driven insights to drive improvements in throughput, predictability, and quality.
- Partner with the Platform Team to enable teams to shift left and improve quality and throughput.
- Work with engineering teams to understand and implement modern engineering practices.
Experience
- 10 years+ experience as a Delivery Lead or Technical Product Manager.
- Experience within a financial software product company.
- Expertise in flow engineering and theory of constraints.
- Strong understanding of Team Topologies and collaboration models.
- Technical fluency with Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience in shaping and delivering 'Platform as a Product'.
Qualifications
- Certification or degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in flow engineering and value-stream mapping methodologies.
- Familiarity with domain-driven design and Wardley Mapping.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
