Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Sales Account Manager to nurture and grow a portfolio of corporate customers across the UK. The role will focus on cultivating strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting creative treat-led proposals that drive repeat business and seasonal orders. Working closely with the Founder and CRO, this position plays a critical role in accelerating revenue growth, deepening customer loyalty, and scaling the brand through exceptional customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers to understand their business needs, frequency of gifting, and usage cases
- Create and deliver proposals to new and existing customers
- Test initiatives and incentives to improve customer retention
- Manage all customer communications within HubSpot
- Handle customer queries for upcoming and live orders within assigned accounts
Experience
- 3–5 years in a commercial or account management role
- Demonstrated experience proactively contacting and selling to customers
