Overview


We are seeking an IT Operations & Delivery Coordinator who is adept at supporting the operational effectiveness of our IT department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and coordination skills and will be crucial in maintaining administrative discipline. This role is significant in ensuring that operational processes are consistently followed, allowing technical teams to concentrate on delivery while central coordination is managed efficiently.

Responsibilities


  1. Organise and maintain IT documentation repositories ensuring they remain structured and consistent.
  2. Ensure documentation standards and naming conventions are followed.
  3. Coordinate internal and external IT meetings.
  4. Schedule recurring development artefact meetings including sprint reviews, retrospectives, architecture discussions, and shaping sessions.
  5. Record meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items.
  6. Ensure consistent reporting across Development, BA, QA, Support, and Infrastructure teams.
  7. Maintain reporting templates and consolidate operational reporting.
  8. Coordinate support schedules and rotations.
  9. Ensure support coverage is maintained across required operational hours.
  10. Coordinate leave schedules and overtime tracking.
  11. Assist with performance review administration processes.
  12. Coordinate IT stock management with the IT Financial Controller.
  13. Maintain records of IT equipment allocation and inventory.
  14. Manage general communications to the IT department.
  15. Distribute operational updates, meeting outcomes, and announcements.

Experience


  • 3–5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience working within an IT department or technology environment.
  • Exposure to software development or IT service management environments is beneficial.

Qualifications


  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Proficiency in documentation and management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills.
