Responsibilities
- Fill live roles quickly and with quality (Delivery Mode).
- Attract, qualify, and onboard talent when roles are light (Pipeline-Building Mode).
- Run full-cycle searches across Oneo’s core verticals and markets.
- Ensure candidates are prepped and committed.
- Maintain ATS/CRM hygiene.
- Lead complex database and external sourcing tool searches.
- Collaborate with Marketing on outreach and branding.
- Share playbooks and coach teammates.
- Comply with data standards.
Experience
- Solid full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder communication skills.
- Comfort with ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Leadership/coaching experience preferred.
