Overview


Our client is looking for a talented and strategically minded Graphic Designer to join their creative team. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative, this role plays a critical part in producing high-impact visual content that supports both internal branding and client marketing objectives. You’ll work across multiple departments, including product, project management, development, and strategy—to create visually compelling and technically sound design solutions. The role combines creative freedom with business practicality, offering a space for a self-driven designer to thrive, influence processes, and make a significant contribution to a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities


  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, trends, and tools in advertising, design, and web development
  • Execute creative briefs independently while maintaining brand integrity and design consistency
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to improve creative and technical workflows
  • Conduct design-focused research and liaise with internal stakeholders to align output with business goals
  • Clearly communicate design strategies and ideas to multidisciplinary teams
  • Promote high standards of creative execution and contribute to team-wide process improvements
  • Deliver a wide range of visual assets and creative collateral, including:
    • Creative strategy and ideation
    • Branding and identity systems
    • Logo and concept design
    • Web design and digital assets (banners, videos, etc.)
    • Presentation design
    • Marketing collateral

Experience


  • 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a digital agency or in-house marketing team
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and web design environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage creative projects end-to-end, including timelines and deliverables
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual and executional excellence in visual and interaction design
  • Experience working under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
  • Experience liaising with senior internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Qualifications


  • No formal academic degree specified, but advanced training and demonstrable skills in graphic design are required
  • Training or self-taught experience in UI/UX and motion graphics is advantageous
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and WordPress platform development
  • Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Bitbucket)
