Overview
Our client is seeking a Campaign Marketing Manager to lead digital growth efforts across seasonal initiatives, new product launches, and always-on marketing activities. The role plays a key part in shaping the overall marketing strategy, driving commercial impact, and managing end-to-end campaign execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will operate with autonomy, oversee all campaign touchpoints, and ensure the brand is consistently amplified across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Build multiple campaigns for seasonal activities such as Easter, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day.
- Build campaigns for specific products and new product launches.
- Track the full campaign lifecycle from launch to completion, using data references to demonstrate performance.
- Drive awareness across multiple channels to broaden brand visibility and reach relevant target prospects.
- Create assets and visuals for use across multiple channels.
- Create sales materials for the wider team to support meetings and customer communications.
- Manage segmented and targeted email campaigns to nurture and retain clients.
- Keep social media channels aligned with campaigns and brand messaging.
- Test new ideas and incentives to drive growth.
Experience
- 4–6 years in digital marketing with a proven track record in multi-channel marketing.
- Experience building and running campaigns that directly drive growth.
