Overview


The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven performance marketer with hands-on experience planning, executing, and scaling successful paid social campaigns, specifically on TikTok and Instagram. The role is crucial as it involves building and managing the company’s lead-generation engine, directly driving growth towards Series A funding.

Responsibilities


  • Manage and execute paid social campaigns on platforms like TikTok and Instagram to generate qualified leads.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and engaging visual/video content tailored for target audiences.
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages for optimum performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and report findings to leadership.
  • Optional: Leverage marketing automation tools to improve campaign efficiency.

Experience


  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience in executing paid social campaigns on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong technical understanding of marketing analytics and tools.
  • Experience with creative content creation and optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (anticipated based on standard industry practices).
