What Does a Talent Operations Manager Do?
As a Talent Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations, ensuring that our talent acquisition processes are streamlined, efficient, and effective. You will work closely with our recruitment team and clients, leveraging your expertise to optimise workflows, implement best practices, and ensure a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers alike. Your role will also involve leading and driving the recruitment team daily, ensuring alignment and motivation.

Responsibilities


Your Mission

  • Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with recruitment strategies.
  • Technology Integration: Utilize cutting-edge recruitment technologies and tools to streamline operations and improve candidate experience.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies, maintaining accurate and organized records.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and clients to ensure alignment and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring smooth and efficient processes from application to onboarding.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to the recruitment team on best practices, tools, and processes.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and partners to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruitment operations, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and drive the recruitment team daily, ensuring motivation, alignment, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Management: Oversee and optimize recruitment workflows to ensure timely and effective hiring.
  • Client-Facing Role: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • System Administration: Manage recruitment systems and tools, ensuring they are configured and utilized effectively.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of recruitment processes and data.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage recruitment projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Policy Development: Develop and enforce recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance and standardization.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage resources effectively to support recruitment activities and meet hiring goals.
  • Engagement: Drive engagement with candidates, recruiters, and clients to ensure a positive and productive recruitment experience.

Experience


  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations, with a track record of success in a client-facing role.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a recruitment team, driving performance and engagement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and tools, with hands-on experience in optimizing recruitment processes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Data Analysis: Experience in analyzing recruitment data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute recruitment initiatives successfully.
  • Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices, with experience in policy development.

Qualifications


3 Years Recruitment Experience in Tech, Data, Product, Marketing or Creative Talent
