Responsibilities
Your Mission
- Talent Acquisition Mastery: Leverage your deep understanding of software engineering languages, frameworks, and tools to source and attract the finest candidates.
- Innovative Sourcing: Utilize a wide range of sourcing techniques and channels to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Create an exceptional candidate experience through engaging communication and seamless interview processes.
- Recruitment Excellence: Navigate the recruitment lifecycle with expertise, from initial contact to offer acceptance.

Expanded Recruitment Responsibilities
- Job Posting and Advertising: Write compelling job descriptions and post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Candidate Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the client's organization.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Talent Pipelining: Proactively build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies, maintaining accurate and organized records.

- Technical Discussion with the Team: In-depth interview with the team to review the take-home assessment and discuss technical expertise.
- Culture Fit Interview: Discussion with team members or leadership to assess how well the candidate fits within the company culture and values.
- Offer: Formal offer made to the candidate if they are deemed a good fit both technically and culturally.
