Overview
We are looking for a Senior Paid Google Advertising Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing scalable paid advertising strategies to achieve our clients' marketing goals. You will collaborate closely with our clients, as well as with internal teams including support, design, and billing to drive performance and ensure the highest standards of campaign execution.
The role requires strong expertise in Google Ads and paid search, along with excellent communication and client management skills, as you will be interacting with senior stakeholders and internal teams regularly. Analytical skills and a strategic mindset are crucial for identifying opportunities and optimising campaigns to deliver the best possible ROI for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Ability to build, manage & optimise Google Ads accounts, ensuring that all deliverables are of high quality and are presented on time.
- Ability to analyse metrics, draw conclusions from data and create summary reports to discuss with customers.
- Conduct regular audits of campaigns to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Provide detailed reports and insights to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search and digital advertising.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to meet clients' performance goals and maximise ROI.
- Above average ability to communicate with clients (both written and verbal) concerning account performance and Search engine marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (support, design, and billing) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Aptitude to effectively make data-driven decisions and constantly improve campaign performance to maximise ROI.
- Applicants should be able to write powerful ad copy, & have the financial acumen required for budget management/ROI analysis.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop customised advertising strategies that align with their objectives.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Google AdWords Account Management experience.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Google Business Profile and Google Ads Editor. Microsoft ads experience is a plus.
- Understand the importance of first-party data and how to link Google Ads accounts to CRM solutions.
- Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
- Good at multitasking, able to handle pressure & meeting daily deliverables.
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to interpret performance data & develop strategies to improve ROI.
