A data-driven media buyer with deep programmatic expertise in the out-of-home space—someone who thrives on optimizing automated campaigns, collaborates seamlessly with planning, creative and tech teams, and turns complex analytics into actionable insights. You’re detail-obsessed, adapt quickly to shifting media landscapes, communicate clearly with internal and external partners, and take ownership of delivering high-impact, cost-efficient OOH campaigns that exceed targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop & execute programmatic OOH strategies integrated with digital/traditional channels.
- Set up, manage and optimize RTB/automated buys on DSPs for billboards, transit ads, interactive displays.
- Monitor daily performance; adjust targeting, creative and bids to maximize ROI.
- Leverage location-based and behavioral data for precise audience reach.
- Produce and present performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with media planners, data analysts, creatives and external vendors.
- Manage trafficking, creative approvals and audience segmentation in platforms.
- Track budget pacing; ensure spend stays within plan while maximizing efficiency.
- Research emerging programmatic & OOH trends; propose innovative campaign enhancements.
Experience
Experience
- 3–5 years in digital media buying or programmatic advertising, preferably with OOH.
- Hands-on track record managing end-to-end programmatic campaigns in an agency or in-house.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Data Science or related field.
- (Preferred) Certification in programmatic advertising (IAB, PMP, Google, etc.).
