Overview


We are seeking an experienced Programmatic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising sector. They must possess extensive knowledge of programmatic OOH and have hands-on experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs).

Responsibilities


  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the programmatic OOH space.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies and clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of programmatic campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Experience


  • Proven track record in sales with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong agency experience and a deep understanding of the agency landscape.
  • Extensive knowledge of programmatic OOH advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs and SSPs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) for programmatic advertising.
  • Experience with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) for managing inventory and ad space in programmatic OOH.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising tools and technologies used for OOH advertising.
  • Proficiency in using reporting tools for sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
