Overview
We are seeking an experienced Programmatic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising sector. They must possess extensive knowledge of programmatic OOH and have hands-on experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs).
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the programmatic OOH space.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies and clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of programmatic campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Experience
- Proven track record in sales with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong agency experience and a deep understanding of the agency landscape.
- Extensive knowledge of programmatic OOH advertising.
- Hands-on experience with DSPs and SSPs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
