We’re looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building scalable products that users love. Join our dynamic, fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver our vision and strategy on time.
Responsibilities
- Product Roadmap: Build and maintain a product roadmap for specific product lines, optimizing for the experience of our partners, customers, and service providers, as well as our bottom line.
- Sprint Planning: Pull through the roadmap into fortnightly sprints, encouraging input and engagement before finalization.
- Relationship Building: Develop high-bandwidth relationships with internal ops teams and external partners, listening attentively, tailoring solutions creatively, and managing expectations tightly.
- Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with engineering to deliver maximal value quickly, including rapid MVP launches, well-designed experiments, and optimization of existing products based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Feature Specifications: Translate product strategy into feature specs with clear, thorough framing, collaborating with teammates as necessary.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Growth team to develop compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns) and product marketing strategies.
Experience
- Objective Oriented: Understand the business strategy acutely and prioritize effectively to guide the product roadmap towards goals efficiently.
- Highly Organized: Stay on top of numerous moving parts.
- Technology Comfort: Understand the software development process, intuit constraints and difficulties, and explore feature permutations with the engineering team to find the highest ROI.
- Complex Data Sets: Be capable with data analytics tools and enjoy tinkering with Excel formulas, SQL, etc., even if not able to code.
- Learning Mindset: Consistently develop hypotheses with new or newly presented information.
- Great Communicator: Be a compelling and thorough communicator in verbal, written, and slide formats.
If your skills run deep in any of these areas, we can tailor the role for you. Experience in marketing, copywriting, UX/UI design is a bonus.
