Responsibilities
- Identify and secure prime OOH media sites through research, market analysis, and negotiation.
- Evaluate site feasibility (traffic, access, zoning) and present recommendations.
- Obtain permits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Manage end-to-end site development projects—budgets, timelines, contractors, and technical installation.
- Maintain and upgrade existing sites, coordinating repairs or digital enhancements.
- Conduct industry and competitor trend analysis to inform site expansion strategy.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align site selection with business demand.
- Track project milestones, maintain documentation (contracts, permits), and report progress to leadership.
Experience
3–5 years in real estate development, site acquisition, or project management—preferably in OOH advertising.
Proven track record of taking site projects from identification through lease/purchase to installation.
Qualifications
Matriculation (or equivalent secondary qualification).
Valid driver’s license.
