Responsibilities
- Lead a team of recruiters, setting goals and tracking performance.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior-level roles.
Experience
- 5+ years in recruitment, with proven leadership experience.
Qualifications
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
