Responsibilities
Creative Strategy and Execution
- Lead the creation of cutting-edge banners, videos, websites, landing pages, and ad content.
- Align all creative outputs with CRO best practices to drive measurable client results.
- Integrate and champion AI tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation in design.
Leadership and Team Building
- Build and mentor a high-performing, collaborative creative team.
- Foster a positive, growth-focused work environment while ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and brand standards.
Client Engagement
- Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, explaining CRO principles and presenting innovative creative solutions.
- Proactively address client concerns, proposing actionable strategies to improve conversions.
Sales Enablement
- Support sales initiatives by creating persuasive, data-driven presentations showcasing creative strategies and their impact.
- Develop clear, inspirational briefs for internal teams and clients, aligning creative concepts with business objectives.
Technical Expertise
- Provide hands-on support in web development and technical implementation to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends in AI, CRO, and advertising technologies to maintain cutting-edge solutions.
Experience
- 5+ years in a senior creative role within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
- Proven success in delivering high-impact creative work that drives conversions.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for creative design (e.g., generative AI for video, banners, or web design).
- Deep understanding and application of CRO strategies and techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other creative platforms.
- Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
