Overview
The Growth Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving member acquisition, retention, and ROI through multi-channel marketing campaigns. This hands-on position requires an individual who can plan, execute, and optimize growth-focused campaigns while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance metrics, with a growth mindset aimed at continually refining strategies. You’ll be responsible for managing campaign performance, budget tracking, and reporting, while also contributing to refining processes for better efficiency. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role ideal for someone passionate about using data-driven marketing to drive impact in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage acquisition-focused marketing campaigns across diverse channels including email, digital ads, affiliates, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
- Impact key Growth Marketing KPIs such as member acquisition, retention, and campaign ROI.
- Assist in crafting campaign tactics and content to boost member activation and retention.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights and optimization recommendations.
- Draft growth projections, establish goals, and track key benchmarks for specific initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Manage campaign budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Contribute to workflow and process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of recent experience in a growth marketing or performance marketing role.
- Proven track record in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, ideally marketing to doctors, is a plus.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Fluency in a European language is advantageous.
