DB Migration & Back-End Application Developer
Full Time Opportunity
Overview
We are seeking two experienced developers to support a critical database migration project and assist in the back-end development for the HPCA and HPCA Supervisor applications. The successful candidates will work on migrating databases from Microsoft SQL Server to PostgreSQL, as well as creating new installers and enhancing the back-end services.
Responsibilities
- Migrate databases from Microsoft SQL Server to PostgreSQL
- Develop new installers for the application deployment process
- Ensure smooth integration of services across platforms
- Work with development teams to optimize back-end services and functionality
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in C# .NET and database migration
- 3+ years of experience with Java SE/OpenJDK and Spring Framework
- Proven experience in PostgreSQL database migrations
- 2+ years of experience with installation and deployment tools (InstallAnywhere, InstallShield)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
