Are you a go-getter who thrives on building relationships and closing deals? We’re seeking a Business Development Consultant who brings energy, professionalism and a can-do mindset to every interaction. You’ll own your pipeline—prospecting new corporate clients through cold calls, digital outreach and networking; tracking your progress with daily reports; and turning opportunities into signed contracts with flawless documentation. You’ll also nurture existing accounts with top-notch after-sales support, coordinate and lead client presentations (teaming up with technical experts when needed), and champion both brand marketing initiatives and your own creative campaigns. You’ll stay sharp on all product and service updates, then share that knowledge with prospects to keep us ahead of the curve. Occasionally you’ll roll up your sleeves in our retail store to deliver the same exceptional service in person. Responsibilities


Achieving Monthly Sales Targets

  • Pro-actively generate and follow up on corporate leads through cold-calling and other channels
  • Report daily on lead-generation and follow-up outcomes
  • Close sales and ensure accurate completion of all required documentation
  • Provide efficient after-sales service and follow-up calls/visits with existing clients

Appointments & Presentations

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with prospective clients
  • Prepare documentation and liaise with technical team for on-site demos
  • Deliver accurate presentations of products, services and pricing

Marketing the Company, Its Products and Services

  • Implement company marketing strategies
  • Develop and execute your own marketing strategies to drive sales
  • Keeping Abreast of Product and Service Developments
  • Learn new products and service offerings
  • Communicate product updates to prospects

Assisting in the Retail Store When Required

  • Provide excellent customer service in-store
  • Stay up to date with retail product range

Experience


  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and convert new business opportunities
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience planning and delivering high-impact presentations

Qualifications
